1- Dead Sea Salts food grade: Called 'Washed', 'Processed' or 'Refined'
Dead Sea Salt is produced by the evaporation of sea water which results in the precipitation of the salts which are further washed to achieve different levels of purity. The advantage of Dead Sea Refined salt is the high level of purity, which meets PDV Standards - 99.9 % without been submitted to any chemical process. DSW Refined Salts are produced off the mineral enriched waters of the Dead Sea by a totally natural process of solar evaporation. The precipitated Salt is then washed, dried and sieved to achieve the specs required and the different grades available. This product is food grade, kosher and available in Coarse format.
